Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website thejudeakinkuade.com and all associated platforms, services, digital products, and content operated by Jude Akinkuade trading as Finance AI with Jude Akinkuade (collectively referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, downloading any resource, enrolling in any course or programme, or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platforms immediately.

These Terms are effective as of 14 April 2026 and apply to all visitors, users, subscribers, students, and clients.

We offer the following categories of services, subject to availability and specific engagement terms:

• Digital Products: eBooks, prompt libraries, toolkits, and implementation guides available for purchase via our website or store
• ICAN Success Blueprint Academy: Exam preparation courses and resources for ICAN candidates, hosted at theicansuccessblueprint.com.ng
• Speaking & Keynote Engagements: Conference keynotes, panel discussions, and institutional talks
• Mentoring: One-on-one and group professional mentoring sessions for finance and technology professionals
• Consulting: Strategic advisory services relating to digital strategy and AI adoption

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Where a paid service is discontinued, affected clients will be appropriately notified and remedies offered.

Not Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice

All content produced by Jude Akinkuade — including blog posts, social media content, eBooks, AI prompts, training materials, keynote presentations, and consulting outputs — is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Specifically:

• AI prompts and workflows shared in our materials are illustrative examples. Their applicability to your specific professional context, regulatory environment, or client circumstances must be independently assessed by you as a qualified professional.
• References to ICAN standards, FIRS regulations, CAMA 2020, IFRS, Finance Acts, or any other regulatory framework are made for educational context and do not constitute legal or regulatory advice.
• Outcomes from applying AI tools in your practice are your professional responsibility. We make no guarantee that any prompt, workflow, or approach will produce specific results in your particular circumstances.

Always exercise independent professional judgement and, where appropriate, consult a qualified and licensed professional before making decisions that affect your clients, your business, or your legal and regulatory obligations.

AI Content Disclaimer

Our services and content relate directly to the use of artificial intelligence tools in professional practice. By engaging with our training, publications, or advisory services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI tools are not infallible. Outputs from AI systems — including those generated using our prompts — may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. All AI-generated content must be reviewed, verified, and validated by a qualified human professional before use.
• Regulatory compliance is your responsibility. The use of AI tools in professional practice must comply with the ethical standards of your relevant professional body (e.g. ICAN), applicable data protection regulations (e.g. NDPR), and any sector-specific requirements.
• Client data must be protected. You must not input sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable client data into AI tools without appropriate data processing agreements, client consent, and due diligence on the AI provider's data handling practices.
• We do not endorse specific AI platforms. References to specific AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in our training materials are educational. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or responsible for these platforms.

Section 05

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and associated platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, eBooks, AI prompt libraries, training frameworks, videos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Jude Akinkuade and is protected under applicable Nigerian copyright law and international intellectual property conventions.

What You May Do

• Access and use content you have lawfully purchased or downloaded for your own personal or professional use
• Share links to our public website pages
• Quote brief excerpts with clear attribution to Jude Akinkuade and a link to the source

What You May Not Do

• Reproduce, republish, resell, or redistribute any of our paid or free content without prior written permission
• Share, upload, or distribute our digital products (eBooks, prompt libraries, course materials) on any platform — paid or free
• Claim authorship of, or pass off as your own, any content, framework, or material created by us
• Use our name, brand, or likeness in any way that implies endorsement without our written consent

Section 06

Digital Products & Delivery

Our digital products include eBooks, prompt libraries, toolkits, and other downloadable resources available through our website and store.

• Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email following confirmed payment. Delivery is typically immediate or within 24 hours.
• Access: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased digital products for your own professional use.
• No sharing: Digital products must not be shared, distributed, or resold. Each purchase is for individual use only unless otherwise stated (e.g. a corporate team licence).
• Updates: Where we release significant updates to a product you have purchased, we will endeavour to provide access to updated versions where practically possible.

Section 07

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, Prompt Libraries, Toolkits)

Due to the instant-delivery and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final. Refunds are not available once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)
• The product was materially different from its description at point of sale
• A technical failure prevented you from accessing the product and the issue could not be resolved within 7 days

Training Programmes & Bootcamps

• Cancellation more than 14 days before start: Full refund, less any payment processing fees
• Cancellation 7–14 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before start: No refund; however, you may transfer your place to a future cohort (subject to availability)
• No-show: No refund

Corporate Workshops & Speaking Engagements

Cancellation terms for bespoke corporate engagements are specified in the individual service agreement or proposal. Where no specific terms are agreed, a minimum of 14 days' notice is required for cancellation without penalty.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@thejudeakinkuade.com within 7 days of purchase or the issue arising. Include your name, order reference, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Section 08

Client Data Protection in Consulting Engagements

Where we provide consulting, training, or advisory services that involve access to or discussion of your organisation's data, financial information, or client information, the following terms apply:

• Confidentiality: We treat all client-specific information shared during an engagement as strictly confidential. It will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
• No data retention: We do not retain copies of your organisation's confidential data beyond what is necessary to deliver the agreed service. Any sensitive documents shared will be securely destroyed or returned upon completion of the engagement.
• AI tool usage: We will not input your confidential or client-identifying data into any AI tool without your express prior consent and confirmation that appropriate safeguards are in place.
• Data processing agreements: For ongoing consulting relationships involving the regular processing of personal data, a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be executed. Contact us to request this.
• Regulatory obligations: Nothing in this clause limits our obligations under applicable Nigerian data protection law or professional accounting standards.

User Conduct

By accessing our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, server, or associated systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content through our platforms
• Impersonate Jude Akinkuade, our team, or any other person in connection with our services
• Use our content, name, or brand to mislead others about the nature or source of information
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website or services
• Harvest or collect personal data of other users of our platforms

We reserve the right to terminate access and take appropriate action — including reporting to relevant authorities — for any breach of this section.

We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, practices, or privacy policies of any third-party website or service. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We specifically note that our training materials reference AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini). We have no affiliation with or responsibility for these platforms and their terms of service, pricing, data handling, or output quality are subject to change independently of our training content.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Jude Akinkuade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or digital products
• We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from applying AI techniques, strategies, or tools described in our training materials
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We accept no liability for losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated outputs, however our prompts or frameworks were used

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

Section 12

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jude Akinkuade, his team, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Your misuse of our content, digital products, or training materials
• Any harm caused to your clients, organisation, or third parties arising from your application of AI tools or strategies, including those discussed in our training

Section 13

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, courses, or any of our services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine — in our reasonable judgement — that you have:

• Violated these Terms or any applicable law
• Engaged in conduct harmful to us, our clients, or our community
• Provided false information in connection with a purchase or registration
• Attempted to misuse, reverse-engineer, or unlawfully distribute our intellectual property

Upon termination, your licence to use any of our digital products will be revoked. Where termination is due to our own error or a service failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage all parties to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute by contacting us directly at hello@thejudeakinkuade.com. We will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify active users or clients.

Your continued use of our website or services after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
