I didn't arrive at this work by accident.
I'm a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience spanning practice, digital strategy, and professional education. I manage client engagements at Akinlolu Akinkuade & Co, where I see, every single day, the gap between how finance professionals are currently working and what becomes possible when intelligent tools are applied thoughtfully to complex regulatory environments.
That gap bothered me. So I did something about it.
I built Finance AI with Jude Akinkuade to give accountants, auditors, and finance professionals a practical, honest, and deeply contextualised entry point into AI. Not the generic content that assumes a frictionless regulatory landscape — but training designed for professionals who live inside real compliance constraints, where accuracy isn't optional and the cost of getting it wrong is high.
As a doctoral researcher in Digital Leadership at Leadcity University, my work is grounded in both the academic and the applied. I study how organisations and the professionals within them must evolve to lead in an AI-driven world — and I bring those insights back into every training, bootcamp, and resource I create.
I also founded The ICAN Success Blueprint Academy, because I believe the pipeline of brilliant finance professionals must never be cut short by a system that feels impossible to navigate alone. If you're on your journey to becoming chartered, I've built a path for you.
Beyond the classroom, I'm a public speaker and mentor who has had the privilege of standing before rooms full of professionals and watching something shift — that moment when someone realises they're not behind, they just needed the right guide.
